Please note the following hotel policies: * **Minimum Age:** 21 years for check-in. * **Identification and Credit Cards:** Required upon check-in. * **Packages:** Two medium-sized packages are accepted free of charge before arrival. Additional or oversized packages incur a $25 storage fee per package. Packages received after check-in are free of charge. * **Parking:** $18 per night for the first vehicle, $20 per night for a second vehicle, payable at check-in. ** Hotel Renovation extended until October 27, 2025 (subject to change). Every effort will be made to minimize disruption. * **Security Deposit:** $200 required on arrival via credit or debit card, refundable within seven business days of check-out following inspection.
