Located just steps from the shore, Daytona Beach Regency is perfect for a seaside escape. Spend your days relaxing in the sand, indulging in local cuisine or exploring the boardwalk attractions. Daytona Beach Regency features spacious accommodations that include a fully-equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Families will love the arcade, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and water slides. The resort is a true coastal retreat. There is a nightly resort fee of $27 per night. CONSTRUCTION ALERT: As part of our efforts to restore Daytona Beach Regency after hurricane damage, on-site exterior construction, painting and roof work are anticipated starting July 15, 2025, and continuing through October 2026. During this time, increased noise levels associated with construction may occur but will be limited to 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. **Please note that upon check in, we require a security deposit of $200 which must be collected on a credit card at check in and will be refunded upon checkout pending no damages to the unit.
